Upon arrival at the Hotel Lobby you will be required to register for the conference
first. Once you have successfully registered for the conference you can proceed
to hotel registration. Your booking will be made in advance and all you need to
do is check in and pay.

The Hotel accommodation should be paid in euros, in cash or using one of the accepted
credit cards: Visa, Euro/Mastercard, Diners Club, Maestro.
If paying cash, be advised that there is an exchange office and ATM in the hotel
lobby for your convenience. You can also do exchanges at the hotel's front desk.
