Registration

There are two steps for registration:

Step 1

Get authorisation from the General Secretary to register: Each National Secretary or Person in Charge of a Co-operating Institution should first complete and send the Confirmation of Attendance Form (September Bulletin, Enc 1b)

Step 2

Fill in the registration form on the IntraWeb. The deadline for registration is 1st of December 2011

Payment

Hotel costs and Conference fee are paid separately.
You will pay for accommodation directly to the hotel. For more information on hotel payment see the hotel registration section

Payment of conference fee

The Conference Fee is 300 EUR, paid in euros.
- We recommend payment by bank transfer until 4 January. Alternatively you can pay in cash upon arrival.

If paying by bank transfer, please also send an e-mail to IAESTE MACEDONIA including the name of the sender and the amount paid. We will confirm receipt of the payment by e-mail.

If paying cash, be advised that there is an exchange office and ATM in the hotel lobby for your convenience. As well you can do exchanges at the hotel's front desk.
